Elizabeth Eulberg does it again! Revenge of the Girl with the Great Personality is an authentic look at the struggles of a typical teen trying to find herself and figure out who she is. The relationships are realistic and believable. The ups and downs Lexi goes through with her friends, her family and with herself are very relate-able. There were several situations throughout this book that I went through as a teen making Lexi’s story hit home for me in many ways.

I don’t know how Elizabeth Eulberg does it but time and again she is able to portray authentic teen experiences. Many of the teen books dealing with boyfriends and high school problems are so hard for me to read because the characters are all “oh my god” and “whatever” but not in Elizabeth’s books. She is able to develop characters and relationships between families and friends that are so genuine and believable. And the fact that she brought in the whole glitz pageant scene in her book just makes it all the more awesome!
